Recently scored a used tube bender on eBay for a fraction of the cost of a new one. I am hoping to use this for some exterior stainless rail work (still a ways off yet). This unit came with dies for 1 inch diameter tubing and a 10 inch bend radius. We are planning 1.25 inch diameter rails for the Westsail. Larger diameter dies can be bought from the bender's manufacturer. As the dies are machined from UHMW plastic, I may be able to machine my own custom sizes on the CNC table.
Now if I could just find a similar deal on a nice AC Inverter TIG welder.
