Yes, things have been a little quiet here on the blog. Typical reasons are the holidays. But, I have also suffered a bit of technology failure. My primary workstation I use at home, which I have been carefully keeping alive since the early days of the Westsail project, gave up the ghost on Christmas morning. Luckily, all my pictures, drawings, CNC files are still accessible. I just dont have a good workstation to deal with them. I have parts for a new machine I am building, but it will not be ready for a few weeks (I am typing this on an old laptop).

This shows the cutouts for the hatches on the forward salon floor. I am still undecided on the finished to be laminated to the floor (I still like teak/holly).
